TRAINING TRIALS
Starting in YEAR VI, before becoming official members, all new recruits will participate in our Kindergarten Training Trials.
An introductory development program designed to prepare them for membership.

PROGRAM
All new ambassadors are automatically registered for this program.
An Ambassador will be in Kindergarten until they "graduate" from the program,
If verified by the President through the Big & Little Brother Program, which will be assigned at random.
ALL Ambassadors must complete the introductory courses to continue their membership.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Before becoming official members, all new recruits will participate in our Kindergarten Training Trials, an introductory development program designed to prepare them for membership and years ahead.
During this period, new recruits will learn about our goals, expectations, leadership principles, Kappa culture, teamwork, and the responsibilities of an Ambassador.
The program emphasizes growth, accountability, respect, and compassion towards our family, which helps new recruits become familiar with how things work in a supportive environment no matter win or fail.
BIG/LITTLE
BROTHER PROGRAM
Our Big/Little Brother Program is designed to help every new member feel welcomed, supported, and prepared from the moment they begin their journey.
We pair every recruit with a returning or new member. We assign this pairing at random. You must work together to serve as mentors and role models throughout the new member experience.
The program is meant to start new friendships and oppotrunties for everyone.
